How to Register
At Brooks School, we’re thrilled to offer convenient online enrollment for all our exciting summer programs. Please note that we only accept completed applications electronically. Secure your spot early as registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.
Tips to get started:
- Choose a Computer: For the best registration experience, we recommend using a computer. Some phones and tablets may have limitations.
- Gather Medical Information: To complete medical forms, ensure you have your child’s doctor, dentist, and medical information readily available. Having this information on hand before you begin will streamline the process.
- Collect Contact Information: When filling out the household information form, we encourage you to list the contact information for two emergency contacts. This can be invaluable in addressing your child’s needs promptly and efficiently.
- Physician’s Report: Before your child’s enrollment is fully secured, you’ll need to submit a physician’s report dated within the last eighteen (18) months. This report should include all necessary immunization records. We understand that summer is a few months away, but having your child’s medical history will enable our medical staff to provide the best support.
- Upload a Photo (Optional): While not mandatory, we encourage you to upload a photo of your child. This photo is for internal use and helps our counselors get acquainted with your child before their arrival.
