Stages & Studios is designed for children ages 8–10 who are ready to deepen their creative practice and step confidently into the spotlight. Through a dynamic mix of studio time, rehearsal, visual arts, music, movement, and media, young artists build skills, express themselves, and collaborate with others to create something truly unique. This age group benefits from the perfect blend of structure and independence, allowing participants to take ownership of their creative journey while still feeling supported every step of the way.

Matilda The Musical

Inspired by the twisted genius of Roald Dahl, the Tony Award-winning Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical is the captivating masterpiece from the Royal Shakespeare Company that revels in the anarchy of childhood, the power of imagination and the inspiring story of a girl who dreams of a better life. With book by Dennis Kelly and original songs by Tim Minchin, Matilda has won 47 international awards and continues to thrill sold-out audiences of all ages around the world.
Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence and psychokinetic powers. She’s unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher Miss Honey. During her first term at school, the two forge a bond as Miss Honey begins to recognize and appreciate Matilda’s extraordinary personality. Matilda’s school life isn’t completely smooth sailing, however – the school’s mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves to punish those who don’t abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils’ saving grace!
Packed with high-energy dance numbers, catchy songs and an unforgettable star turn for a young actress, Matilda is a joyous girl power romp. Children and adults alike will be thrilled and delighted by the story of the special little girl with an extraordinary imagination.

No role is too small as you write, act, and produce your own short work of theatre! Experience the journey of a play from idea to performance as you adapt a script, create characters, design sets, and more in this fast-paced class! Through collaboration and creativity, participants in this two-week program will give new life to a printed favorite. Each student will be featured in the performance and will explore their skills and interests as directors and designers.
Disney's 101 Dalmatians

Based on the classic animated film, Disney’s 101 Dalmatians KIDS is a fur-raising adventure featuring Cruella De Vil, Disney’s most outrageous villain, and 101 of the most adorable heroes to set their paws onstage. With a high-spirited score and lovable characters, this stage adaptation is certain to charm and delight all audiences.
Pet owners, Roger and Anita, live happily in London with their Dalmatians, Pongo and Perdita, stalwart dogs devoted to raising their puppies. Everything is quiet until Anita’s former classmate, the monstrous Cruella De Vil, plots to steal the puppies for her new fur coat. The Dalmatians rally all the dogs of London for a daring rescue of the puppies from Cruella and her bumbling henchmen.
The show’s adorable spotted dogs and larger-than-life villainess provide ample opportunities for creative costuming. With a highly expandable chorus, your stage could easily be filled with 101 budding performers.
Brooks TV Remix
August 3-August 7, 2026
Become a screenwriter, director, and movie star as you write and produce your own short film! From camera angles to cameos, from b-roll to bloopers, this program will get the ‘on set’ experience as you work as a team to take over the big screen. Outside of time on the set, participants will participate in outdoor day camp activities. Participants will share a bit of their process in a showcase for friends and family, and the final films will later be distributed via email. Have you taken BrooksTV before and want to join again? Awesome! This class is designed to be repeated. No two films are the same and it’s possible to participate in a new area of focus each summer.

A Typical Day
Campers rotate through a schedule that changes daily and will ensure your child looks forward to camp every day. In these time blocks, students collaborate with one another, professional instructors, and counselors. There are outdoor breaks built into the day to allow students to expand their minds and stretch their bodies. Outdoor activities complement and balance the creative components to provide a well-rounded, immersive, and fun experience.
