Molly Diodati

Molly joined the Leaders-In-Training team in 2024 and brings a strong foundation in youth development to her role. A fifth-grade teacher in Andover, she is passionate about helping young people grow with confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Molly holds a Master of Education from Merrimack College and a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College.

Her family is also part of the Brooks community—her two daughters attend the Day Camp—and she enjoys spending time outdoors with them and her husband whenever she can.
